My gr gr gr grandfather, Winford/Wintford/Winfred Harris, his wife Amanda Caroline (maiden name unknown) and three children, Mary Elizabeth, Emily Caroline and Horatio Perry Harris b. 1826, 1829 and 1830 respectively. Believe Winford died shortly after his son Horatio Perry was born. Amanda and the three children are in Republic of Texas by 1837. Amanda b. possibly Georgia in 1810.
