Ms Smothers I contacted the Selma Times-Journal (Ms Maxine Murray) and she said newspapers were only kept for one year, but the Selma Dallas Public Library would have them. Could I ask a volunteer to look up and send me an obit of my Aunt's death? She died Aug 1984 in Selma. Her name was Pauline Brown Gay, wife of late John Robert Gay.
