I too am looking for information about the Pleasant Hill Academy. There must have been two because my grandfather, John Sparrow, wnt there in the mid l860s. His father was Dr. Patrick Sparrow, pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Cahaba, Dallas Co. If you get any informtion on this school, I would appreciate your sending it to me.
