J.R. Millar I am wanting to find any information on Mr. J.R. Millar who was General Manager of the California Cotton Mill Company in approx 1883 onwards. They employed around 2000 people. He was previously a Sea Captain on the Maulesden that came to Australia from Glasgow in 1883. Sarah Anne Ferguson was on this ship with her parents and she corresponded with JR Millar for 45 years.
