    1. [ALDALLAS-L] William Hannah's Burying Ground
    2. B. J. Smothers, Jim Crocker: I was wondering if there is a cemetery called William Hannah's Burying Ground in Dallas County, Alabama? Perhaps it was just a family burying plot on a farm. If you know of it's location or have seen it cited anywhere, would you please let me know? I have heard that it is mentioned in a book about William Brown by Helen Rugeley. Supposedly my William Brown (b. 1752 in NC) is buried there either late 1846 or early 1847. Thank You for any help you might be able to give, D. Pearson debeejay@aol.com

    3. I checked the Atlas of Cemeteries by County (Univ of Alabama) but don't see it listed in either Dallas or Wilcox. The atlas, while extensive, doesn't list every cemetery especially small family ones or ones that are no longer in use. Maybe someone else is more familiar with the area or other resources? B.J.
