    1. [ALDALLAS-L] Molette's Bend - Orrville, Alabama
    2. Hello, My parents were born on a plantation if Orrville, Alabama. The name of the plantation was Molette's Ben. There were several plantations on this property. Such as, Lee's Field, Mooney's Place, and Lee's Field. My great-great-grand parents, great-grandparents, grand-parents, and mother. I have visited Orrville, Alabama several times. Its as though time stood still. Orrville, Alabama is located about 19 mile south of Selma, Alabama. There is no information on this plantation. However, it one of the largest cotton plantations in the South. If you have any information on Molette's Ben, I would greatly appreciate it. My relatives names were Crompton, Jackson, Pyles, Davenport, and Hunter. Oh, the owner of Molette's Ben was Willie P. Molette. I have researched this for atleast 5 years and have lots of information and pictures. I have also visited Montgomer Archives in Montgomer, Alabama and received good infor. But, I am afraid there is still more information I need. Thank you in advance, Rosenelle
