My family name is Wix. My Grandfather was Hubert Wix, born 1914 Cullman, AL. His father was William Columbis Wix born 1889 died 1983 of Culman. This is he first point at where I am stuck. I have found no trace of William Wix or his wife Clara Lee Tilley or any other children. Regretfully my grandfather died and did nto talk much about his family. What I do have I pieced together from conversations with my grandmother. Hubert Wix married Lovie "Esther" Gilland whose father was General Jackson Gilland born 1880, whose parents were Jack Gilland and Nancy Adlin Wren. I do know that they are buried at Cross Roads Cemetary. I am trying to find records of their children, parents as well as living relatives. Any help is appreciated. Thanks R. Wix
