    3. Hey Barry, Welcome to my home town & county. Glad you bought books at Cullman library, as Wallace has no books for sale. They do have a marvelous book collection on 6th floor. The area about 8 mi west of Wallace State was the area a great number of Joneses lived in 19th C. My first day at Cullman County Public Library I found a display case where they had genealogy books for sale -- most concerned Cullman Co records but one concerned Bibb Co. I bought me a mess of 'em ;-) Does anyone know if Wallace State has similar books available for purchase there? I wish we had gone up to the 6th floor but our itinerary only allowed for what we got in the microfilm collection on the 5th floor. I'll definitely have to go back sometime in the near future. Now that I know the drive to Cullman is maybe a little over 2 hours tops.
