Jim, What are some of the names of your FREEMANs? I have some relatives that moved from SC & GA to AL. My g grandfather James Thomas FREEMAN's brother Rev. Jonathan (John) M. FREEMAN was living in Spruce Pine, AL when he died in 1921 & his son Ira Lee FREEMAN was living there in 1922 when he died. Maybe we are from the same FREEMAN family. Carol F.
