Hi, My Grandfather was James Clement Moore, nicknamed Doc. He was raised in NE Jefferson county near Tarrant and Pinson. But his father Hiram Joseph Moore lived in Cullman county and was married there the first time to Dessie Docenia Prentiss. He is not the Doc you speak of as he was born in 1914.
