    1. [ALCULLMA] sims, fuller, etc
    2. The Sims history as Jim noted it matches the info I have. I do have a few additional dates, and occasionally 'Culpepper Co, VA' instead of Laurens Co, SC for Zach and Thomas. I do NOT have copied documents to back up this info; as i stated previously, I have info as gathered by my great uncle Arrie Chandler. (He did list references) His book was mentioned, if the library doesnt have it, someone let me know & I'll get one for the library. Valentine Earl Sims & his wife Elizabeth Young Sims are buried at Good Hope cemetery. The Hopewell cemetery mentioned is located in Hanceville, across the highway from Wallace Community college. There are some McPhersons buried there as well. I descend from John Daniel 'Capt.Jack' Sims. He married Sarah G. McPherson. Jim noted that JD was possibly buried in Hopewell, this is not so. JD and Sarah are buried in Dancy's Chapel cemetery, in Lawrence county. I saw the graves a few years ago, and thanks to the shade of a nice cedar tree, both tombstones are in excellent condition! For those interested in the HINKLE line: John & Sarah McPherson Sims had several kids, including Martha America Sims. She married George Washington Hinkle in 1864; Martha & George are buried at Good Hope. I have descendants and siblings of most all of the SIMS and HINKLES, if anyone is interested, contact me directly. The McPherson line has also been documented extensively. JIM: can you list some of the SIMS websites? Tammy Young Lyles
