They both lived in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. I'm not sure if either of them was born there. Jim Hardy married Nancy ---?---. My family said Nancy was a native american. They had about four children as far as I know. There is a possibility that there were more. One of their daughter's name was Fannie (my ggrandmother) who was said to have been born in the 1840's or 1850's. Fannie married Henry Robertson.
