Although it has been 3 years since this inquiry was posted, I do have the information requested, should it still be needed. I too, am looking for information about the Mitchells, as my mother was a Mitchell.Tobe Mitchell was her father and Isaiah was her great-grand father. And, yes, he went off to the Civil War and just never did return home. (Ms. English then married Mr. Brewer, etc...) I have the info on the English's also, if someone would like to trade info, I would be more than willing!
