I believe he went by Henry must of the time. He was married to Ellen Peaden from Santa Rosa County, FL. Ellen lived in the Florala, Lockhart area between 1900 and 1938. They had several children including my Great Grandfather, Charlie Hosea Manning who lived in Lockhart. I am looking for any info in William Henry and Ellen, but especially their buriel place.
