Outler, former citizen of this County wrote to his old neighbor, Mr. G.F.C. Moore. Outler now resides in Hot Springs, Arizona. -Mr. L.S. Law, after visiting relatives here has returned to his home in Haw Ridge. -Mr. Lothair Tatom returned a few days ago, he has been with his father on the Steamer Mary -Alice for several months. -Mr. Z.T Carter of Rose Hill brought in a cotton bloom pulled on the 22 inst.
