I am seeking a will for William Harper, born 1789 in Wilkes Co., GA and died in Covington Co. in 1874. He was married to Matilda Russell Harper. He was judge in Dale Co. 1831 - 1841. Dale had a fire, so no will can be found there. Is there anyone that could do a look up for me on this in Covington Co or Andalusia? Not familiar with where the wills are kept.
