Have only met the relatives through the internet, ha ha. The ancestors that lived near Elba were Parkers and Moores. The name below comes from Sallie B Parker marrying George German and this was their child. The child died at one year old. The name is GERMAN, Ethel M. born 31 Jul 1917 died 10 Jul 1918. This must be the inscription on the tombstone. If you happen to go there and locate this stone, maybe you could give an idea of where it is located. I do hope the cemetery is being maintained by someone. Since I got into this genealogy study it seems very important to me. I would imagine that no one has visited this grave since she died. I have found so many helpful people through the internet. Let me know if you need any search in St. Augustine. It is a beautiful old city.
