C. GOMILLION his heirs and assigns paid by Louizer C. MORRIS the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I do grant bargain sell and convey to the said Louizer C. MORRIS her heirs and assigns the following described real estate to wit: the East half of Northeast quarter and East half of South East quarter Section 20 Township Six and Range Fourteen situated in Covington County, Alabama. To have and to hold unto the said Louizer C. MORRIS her heirs and assigns forever, and I hereby warrant and defend all lawful claims against said real estate forever.
