She was the sister of my g-grandfather, Calvin T. Coon(1883-1969). My 1900 census places them with their parents, Thomas Delaney and Eliza Ann Coon, in Green Bay, Covington county, Alabama. Calvin's obit names Polly Helms, Orange, Texas, as one of his sisters. If you are researching the Coon name, I would like to share info.
