Surnames: Chisum Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/RS.2ADI/1580 Message Board Post: Looking for info from some of the older Covington county genealogists..back in the fifties..the dirt road that runs between Hwy 41 and Gantt..now called Chandler road..at the beginning of the road where you turn off Hwy 41..my Uncle Lester Chisum had a farm house..further up the road(and the only other house on the road)..on a hill..there stood a big old house. At one time, Frank and Fronie Daufin(sp?)..but before them, ..I remember that someone else lived there..I want to know who owned that property..if anyone knows where I am talking about and who owned that land..please let me know..Donna
