Culver, 78 of Route 2 Sylacauga was Sunday at Gillum Curtis Chapel with Rev. J. D. Fleming officiating. Burial was in Old Weogufka Cemetery. Mrs. Culver died Feb. 18 at Russell Hospital in Alexander City. She was a native of Coosa Co. She is survived by her husband, Leonard Culver; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Temple of Fort Walton Beach FL and Mrs. Dorothy McGrady of Sylacauga; one brother, Robert Bailey of Sylacauga, and three grandchildren. Nephews served as pallbearers. Gillum Curtis Funeral Home directed. Daily Home date unknown. Note--Tombstone says M. E. Bailey. Note: Leonard Culver ( b. 7 Jan 1909 in Coosa Co., AL & d. 7 Jul 1990 in AL) married M. E. Bailey (b. 21 Jan 1905 in Coosa Co., AL & d. 18 Feb 1983 in Alexander City, Tallapoosa Co., AL) Bother are buried in Weogufka Baptist Church Cemetery, Coosa Co., AL.
