    2. I am looking for family of Lydia Willis from Coosa County that married Lewis Patterson (probably from Rome Ga. area) in Coosa on May 7,1844. Gives minister S Moody says OS page 183 where I found this. If anyone is close to Rockford, would you look at this marriage certificate and see if it has anything else? I will reciprocate.If anyone has family from Coosa into Tuscaloosa, I will do a look-up for them.I sure do want to find Lydia's parents.Thanks Stella

    3. Hi Stella: I don't live near coosa co so I can't look up the cert. I do have a mg book tho and it doesn't show any more than you indicated. I have The Coosa Heritage that has various info and The Oct 1981 issue on page 8 shows a 1850 Tax List with a Lewis Patterson listed. It also says beside his name "free Negro---gone to Montgomery) Is this yours? I don't see anything else that might help you.
