Castleberry. He was married to Elizabeth Parker. Martin Parker married Lacy's sister, Mary Ann, the day before Lacy married Martin's sister. During the War for Southern Independence Lacy was away with the 46th Ala. Elizabeth stayed with her brother Martin in Talladega. I'm trying to figure out when and where Lacy died. I find Elizabeth in 1880, Yalobusha Co., MS. She and Martin are both buried at New Tabernacle Baptist Church in Pine Valley. MS. I suspect Lacy died back in Coosa Co. AL, but can't find any records. He must have died between 1866 and 1880, for a lack of records. It's probably closer to 1870. The key for me is to find Elizabeth in 1870. Do you have any information on Elizabeth in 1870. William Castleberry (Lacy's oldest son) and Martin Parker are in Talladega Co., AL then. Lacy's family are all still in Coosa Co. If I could find her in 1870 I could close the gap on Lacy by 10 years. Any info would be appreciated. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
