She married George E.B. Roberson who was born in 1859 in Coosa County, Alabama. They had my great grandmother Fannie Elizabeth Robenson in 1878. They left Alabama , I believe, in 1885 when it is believed that Epsie died along the way in childbirth. Does anyone know her parents and if they , her mother especially, were Choctaw? I remember my great grandmother, Fannie Robenson, had very black hair and my mother , Jannie Youngblood, also has it . I would appreciate if anyone has information to let me know.. Thank you, Freda

Freda, Your gg-grandparents are listed in the book Coosa County, Alabama Marriage Records 1865-1900 that the historical has put together. There ae many "Robinson's", "Roberson's"and some "Robenson's" listed in the 3 Coosa County Cemetery books, I did not see your gg-grandparents. Could they have moved away after they were married?
