I feel that the Christiana Speigner is my ancestor whom I have been researching for many years. I always felt that she was related to the Speigners because her gdaughter, stated in a newspaper article that her grandfather cleared the land where the town of Speigner, Alabama is located. I haven`t been able to prove that it was the Speigner because there were, early on, Zeiglers, Robinsons and others who settled that area. Please let me know if you have info to share with me.
