Well, I'll bite. This 44 year old, white woman, wants to ask a question? Why should reparations be paid to ANYONE other than the people who actually experienced whatever they experienced first hand? If there are any race, tribe or tongue alive today who experienced slavery (or other intolerable conditions) first hand, let me hear their situation and proof. Then I'll say, maybe you should receive reparations BUT I do not believe descendants of slaves, indenture servants, etc, etc, should receive a dime, a nickel or a penny. We, as a society, need to quit looking for the easy way out, get off our duffs and work together to make this world better.
