I am seeking information on the Humphries family. My great grand father James F. came was from Coosa County. James F. and his brother John served with Company C, 13th Alabama Infantry Regiment.At some point James F.moved to Oklahoma. I have not been able to determine where or the year he departed. His father Calvin and mother Annie M., along with a number of other Humphries, are buried at Providence Methodist Church near Buyck Community, now in Elmore County.
