Autauga Genealogical Society meets on Sunday, September 16, at 2 p.m. Location: Chapman Hall, St. Mark's Episcopal Church, downtown Prattville Robert S. Davis will present the program on "Writing Biography, Family History and Local History". Mr. Davis has presented numerous programs for the Autauga Genealogical Society. He is the Director of the Family & Regional History Program at Wallace State College in Hanceville, Alabama. He is also the author of more than 20 books, including Tracing Your Alabama Past, a comprehensive reference book for genealogical research in Alabama. Visitors are always welcome to attend the meetings. The October meeting will be the Alabama Genealogical Society Fall Seminar in Montgomery on Saturday, October 16.
