    3. I would like to know if anyone knows about the E.D. Bonner family that lived in Coosa County near Macedonia Church in the early 1900's. My mother went to school at Stewartville School. E. D. was a nickname for her Dad. Everyone called him Ed Bonner but his name was Eddie Garfield Bonner and he had one brother named Henry. Ed was married to a twin Ella Conaway. They had 11 children...2 died at birth. One died at age 2 from meningitis. Other children were Odell, Mary Lucille, Mamie Irene, Marion (only living son), Nancy Catherine, Emma Lee, Lora Nell, and my mother, Maudie Bernice. Moma said she was born in a house in Coosa County that someone she called Uncle Herb or Erb owned for a while. Does anyone have any info on this family's early where about's. Many relatives are buried in the Macedonia Church Cemetery. In fact, my sister was buried as an infant in a grave that they forgot to mark. Does anyone know how you can find any records on the grave plots? Also, my moma was married to Eddie (Lomer Edwin) Strickland. He was from Jackson Mississippi but lived for a time in Alabama and had some relatives in the Sylacauga area. Does anyone know anything about him? He drove for Nehi Bottling company and Dr. Pepper Company. Thanks. Susan Strickland Grondin
