William, son of John and Mary Williams, is my line. I would like to compare our information in hopes that we might be able to solve the John H. and Mary Williams mystery as to what happened to them. I feel Mary must have died for her to have sent off her daughters with her son James M. to Texas. The youngest daughter not 10 yrs. old at that time. John and Mary sold land in Coosa Co. in 1859. We loose them after that. James went to Texas as the Civil War approached Ala. He later served from Texas.James married in 1862.
