Bill, I am a Jernigan researcher, but I haven't heard of that marriage. David Jernigan married Alice. Their daughter Isabell married John Howell ca 1775 in Wayne Co. NC. and David and Alice Jernigan's daughter Alice married Joseph Ingram. Also researching William and Ann Ellis of Conecuh Co., AL and Kinchen and Lucrecia Ellis of Butler Co., AL.
