I can't find Dave Weaver's parent nor his wife Linney ? or her parents. I know he was a Cherokee Indian and he is on the henderson rolls of 1835. I also know he was married to a Jenny Burgess"Tooley". I know his children's names are Edith, Anna, David, James, and Joseph. What is what was mentioned above plus where he was actually born.
