It is 4-lane all the way, just about, to the traffic light on the corner of Liberty Hill, Rural, Martin Sts. You will see the Community of Christ Church on the corner ahead of you with a green sign depicting Library pointing left. Turn left at the light, go thru 2 traffic lights and across the RRX and down a small hill behind the City Hall--this will be Cemetery Avenue. The library building is similar to the municipal building and is located on your left across from the Evergreen Presbyterian Church. Hope this will help you.
