He was born abt 1810-1820 in Ga. I know in 1850 he lived in Polk Co. Texas and then in 1860 in Madison Co. Texas. His wifes name is Nancy.. and they had children.. William Franklin, Rebecca, Jackson, David Nancy and Catherine. All the children born in Texas starting in 1845. I came across your message while looking for other Noble(s) being anywhere between Ga and Tx... and Ala. came up. Anyway.. the Cullen name is very prominent in the Noble(s) family here in Texas. I am hoping someone might know of him... any help would be appreciated......Thank you, Shirley
