Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/4R.2ADE/34.226.1 Message Board Post: Ann, My ancestor Mary Householder was living next door to Washington Johnson, (I believe it was the 1850 Census) with her 3 daughters, Nancy, Elizabeth, and Agness. Mary was born in NC (the same as Washington Johnson). I believe that Washington Johnson is Mary Householder's father. My reasoning is that her daughters has the same names as the females in Washington's household (Elizabeth and Agnes) and because of where she was born. I don't have my information with me but I looked Washington Johnson up in an earlier census and he had a female living with him that would have been the same age as Mary would have been. I have not been able to trace Mary and her daughters, Elizabeth and Nancy after 1860. I was able to find William Householder in the 1840 census and living with him (besides his wife) was a male child. Sometime between 1840 and 1850 they are no longer around. Can you provide any further info on the females of Washington Johnson's household?
