F. Forbes, deceased. This day came W.S. Crosby, Administrator,...., of said estate, and...filed his application in due ...and under oath praying for an order of sale of certain lands described therein, and belonging to said ....the partense (?) of paying debts, upon the ground that there is no personal property belonging to said estate with which to pay the debts thereof. It is ordered that the 19th day of December 1888 bde a day appointed for hearing such applications, at which time all parties interest can appear and contest the same, if they think proper." Signed P.C. Walker, Judge of Probate. This was hard to read from photocopy of microfilm, and where you see....it was illegible--print was too faint to make out.
