I have Isaac Manning who was in Washington County, GA. by 1805 and was listed on the 1820 census on page 136. He was in Conecuh County, AL. by1833, probably by 1830. He was listed on the 1840 Conecuh County census page 279. his wife was Mary last name unknown who was also from Washington County, GA. David P.
