Looking for parents of William J. McGhee and Mary Hazelwood. William J. McGhee b. 1 Jul 1850, AL; d. 25 Oct 1935, probably Colbert County, AL. He m. Mary Hazelwood about 1874, place unknown. Mary Hazelwood b. 4 Aug 1852, GA?; d. 4 Oct 1933, probably Colbert Co., AL. Do not know where they are buried. A couple of their children are buried at Old Brick Church. Children changed spelling of name to McGee. In 1900 and 1910 U.S. Census they were living in Lauderdale Co., AL. In 1920 and 1930 U.S. Census they were living in Colbert County, AL. 1920, Alexander Precinct; 1930, Brick Precinct. William J. McGhee's father was William Lewis McGhee. Do not have any dates or places on him. Do not know name of William J. McGhee's mother nor the names of any siblings. Do not have name of either parent of Mary C. (or Mary Elizabeth?) Hazelwood.
