    3. Hello Howard: No, I don't know of any Noah Cooper. Most of our Cooper's in the 1800's were in the Cypress Inn, TN area and just across the line into Alabama. Several of the Balentine families descend from Cooper females. Several of the Cooper's from the late 1800's moved west to OK, TX & CA. Names associated with my Cooper's are Balentine, Rich, Hill, Davis, Nolan, Thomas. All from the same area in the 1800's.
