I need information on a THOMAS HOWELL (or family) born about 1910, probably in Kentucky or Alabama. I know that his family was in Kentucky in the early 1900's. He might have been born in Lauderdale County, Alabama, as the family was there earlier and then back there after the death of his father in 1912. Father: William T. (alias TEB) Howell buried probably Bowling Green, Kentucky in 1912. Mother: Mary Wesson buried unknown. Last known as living in D.C. area in 1944. I have information from an obit. of his brother Terry Howell (Florence, Alabama) that says Thomas was living in Washington, D.C., when Terry Howell died in 1944. His mother Mary Wesson Howell also is listed in D.C. in 1944. Thomas Howell married Erin Lane of Colbert County, Alabama, date unknown. In 1956, upon the death of both of Erin's parents, she is listed as living in Medina County, Texas. I don't know if Thomas Howell was living at that time or not. From about 1960-1967, Erin Lane Howell is listed as back living in Colbert County, Alabama. Husband Thomas Howell is not listed and must of already passed away.
