Hello: I am not very fast at getting around to my emails also. What I have is a list that I copied, that gives information about the TVA Cemetery Relocation Program. It was sent to Mr. Billy Joe Sledge of Waterloo, Alabama by TVA Historian, Patricia Bernard Ezzell. Mr. Sledge was kind enough to allow me to copy the information. I believe there may also be a copy of this list at the Florence-Lauderdale Public Library but I have not been able to locate it. In a letter that was sent to Mr. Sledge it states "... the enclosed information represents what was found during a search of the database for Colbert and Lauderdale Counties". What I have is all for west Lauderdale County, Alabama except for several members of a RAY family that were not moved from the Ray Family Cemetery and a CURTIN baby that was moved from a Bray Cemetery to Margerum. These were from Colbert County, Alabama. I will be glad to check names for anyone that wishes me to see if their ancestor is on this list. There are both white & black families on this list. I also have some pictures that were taken of the OLD WATERLOO/WITHERSPOON Cemetery next to the baseball field at Waterloo. Some graves were removed in 1937 but when the water is low prints in the clay still show where the graves once were. There were about 222 graves there. Some most likely are under the water throughout the year.
