Their mother was Artemissa Henrietta Thomas Johnson Stout. She is my ggggrandmothers sister and I don't have much info on her at all. I know she first married unknown Johnson sometime 1850-1860 and he must have died in the war because in 1870 census, Colbert, Alabama she has remarried Decatur Stout and these children are living with them. In 1880 census, Henderson, Tennessee Artemissa must have passed away because she's not listed and only Marilda out of the three children is living with Decatur. Where did the boys go and what happened to Artemissa? Please, if you have any info on this family please share with me. I found where Marilda A. Johnson married George W. Bond Nov. 25, 1887 in Colbert. Is this the same Marilda?
