(Winfield) Smith as being listed in the Issue of Fall of 1989, i do not have that copy so i cannot help there, but if Maxine want to call the Pea River Society ( I think the phone # is online, not sure) or order the issue it has it listed as 4.00 plus 1.24 for shiping.
