I have not researched the AL Turners, but some time ago while researching my Turners in Southampton Co, VA and in NC (including Johnston Co), I found that a number of related Turner folk came to AL. Not all of the AL Turners came from there, of course, but you might want to look to Southhampton and Isle of Wight, VA as possible sources of your Turners - Especially if you have Sugars, Blunt, or Ridley as names in your Turner line.
