She mentioned that her father John William Harper had a 1/2 brother named Cephus Harper. I have looked high and low for a Cephus Harper, but was never able to find him anywhere. She also mentioned that on several occasions that Cephus her a daughter that would write letters to her and that she had lived in Samson, Alabama. I have information on the Harper family.Most of the Harpers were from Elba, Coffee County, Alabama. I would like to find out more about your Cephus.
