Christine I have found it almost impossible to find any information on the YON_YOHN family. I know that Derrell's father was Isaac O. YON ( I don't know why Derrell added the H) , his mother was Rosannah (Last name unknown), and that Derrell had at least two sisters, Elizabeth and Rosanna. Isaac O. died during the Civil War, and Rosannah was assassinated in Dale Co. Al. Sorry I couldn't have been more help. Alma
