Thanks for looking, I do not know when he died, she died 1897, so her stone may not be readable, she was the D/o of Herrin & Nancy Wise ??(I am not sure on that ) This is what I have in my notes Sarah Wise Grimes who died in 1897 and was buried in the woods about 5 miles south of Elba, east of Pea River, in the Wise Family Cemetery. I have no record of her after George's death. I have been told there is a Wise Cemetary in or near Elba, AL. Can anyone offer information Ida's parents were John Q. Wise and Ruth E.
