He was in the 1830 census and he was a Baptist minister in Sumter and Schley counties. He migrated through the years to AL, where he died. I am actually trying to find his father Philip born approx 1780. Also any info on his son Philip G. Belcher & wife Elizabeth Ann Martin and their son George Belcher & wife Susie. All were in Barbour, Coffee, and Dale Counties. Any info would be great, thanks Brenda
