You know, the internet, e-mail etc. is a wonderful thing, except that it doesn't have the advantage of tone of voice and body language. A lot of times, something is written, that isn't meant to be hurtful or said in a mean way, but is taken that way by the receiver, because they don't have the advantage of reading the other signs. I honestly don't think she really meant to be harmful and that was very nice of her to reply to you. You have done a wonderful job.
