In the 1860 Coffee Census there was an Owen Crumpler (age 72) and Annie Crumpler (age 55) living in the household of Joseph Brannon (age 30) and Mary E. Brannon (age 28). This Owen may be the father of my g-g-grandfather Griffin Crumpler. Does anyone know who these Brannons were? Annie may have been a second wife of Owen, given the age difference -- maybe she was the mother by a first marriage of Joseph or Mary? Any help appreciated. Georgia Fleming Enterprise
